Total Satisfaction Guarantee
We are so confident that you will enjoy your new furniture purchase,that if you are not satisfied, for any reason, call us within 30 days of your delivery and we will do whatever it takes to make you happy, even if it means a full refund. As long as your furniture purchase has not been mishandled, abused or neglected. Certain exclusions may apply such as Clearance Center items, purchases delivered by carriers other than Marling's trucks and items used commercially. Contact store for details. Low Price Guarantee
We guarantee that you cannot make an identical furniture purchase, including any delivery charges, for a lower price in our service area for 30 days after your purchase. If you do, Marling's will refund the difference.
In-Home Set Up
We place the furniture in your home the way you want it, out of the cartons and fully assembled. Our delivery staff does not leave until your furniture selection is completely set up to your satisfaction. Excludes certain Clearance Center merchandise.
Free One Year Service
We maintain our own staff of expert technicians who are skilled artisans to provide you with 'Free Service' on manufacturers defects on non-Clearance Center items for up to one year after delivery of your furniture, so long as you are within our service area. As your exclusive remedy, we will repair the item or, at our option, replace it. Although in-home mishaps such as scratches, tears and intentional damage do not fall under our 'Free Service' policy, our Service Department will be happy to advise you on how best to handle these issues. Since fabric mills and furniture manufacturers do not guarantee fabrics, they are not guaranteed against wear, color-fastness, or any damage caused by any cleaning process. However, Marling's will advise you on any fabric-related concerns within the first year.
Delivery Within Our Service Area
We use our own trained delivery professionals and fleet of trucks to perform deliveries within our service area. When a delivery date is set, we will contact you to confirm the delivery both 48hrs and 24hrs prior to the date. We will provide you a 4-hour time window for delivery. Because of the volume of deliveries, we don't offer a time guarantee. Any change in delivery date must be made 4-7 days in advance.
On delivery day, please have the room cleared to make room for your new furniture. For non-Clearance Center items, we place the items in the home, fully assembled, and remove packing materials.We will remove your old bedding on request when bedding is delivered. Any damage or defect must be noted on your signed delivery receipt.
When a delivery date isn't known at the time of sale, e.g., special orders, we'll give you an estimated time of arrival (ETA) date.This date is an approximation based on information from our suppliers, and may be subject to change. Upon arrival, we'll notify you to schedule delivery.
